Kinesiology

Kinesiology is a non-intrusive complementary therapy, where the practitioner can assess the life force energy and functions of the body by testing muscle responses, mainly using the arms and legs.

The imbalances once found, can then be checked to determine whether the fault is structural, chemical, emotional or even an energy blockage.

For example, the meridian system is affected by emotions. And any stress being held upsets the flow of energy (or Ki), which eventually manifests physically. Vitamins or minerals can support certain areas and functions of the body and these are used extensively to enable the client achieve a quicker recovery.

Other assessments may include food testing to establish whether it would be best to avoid some foods for a time.
