Aideen has over 20 years experience working as a facilitator and teacher in the community sector. Much of this time has been devoted to bringing together groups of women from northern Ireland and the Republic to train in conflict management. She has 10 years experience working as a psychotherapist and in addition to her Hakomi training she has studied with Dr Ruth Doherty on energetic healing and with Chloe Goodchild working with The Naked Voice. She has also completed the training in Sensorimotor psychotherapy for trauma release. Aideen is also passionate about rediscovering the joy of play in our lives.
